课题组成立于 2006 年，现有职工9人，研究生6人，联合培养研究生3人，共计18人。

谢欣研究员主要从事基于G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）的新药发现及干细胞化学生物学研究，聚焦在以下几个方向：

1、GPCR在重大疾病中的作用及其机制研究，以及药理学干预；

2、GPCR新药筛选平台的建设及新药发现；

3、干细胞命运调控小分子的发现、机制研究及在疾病中的应用。
