李亚平研究组简介

 

  课题组现有研究员、副研究员、高级工程师、助理研究员和博士/硕士研究生(含联合培养的博士/硕士研究生)30余人, 包括国家重大科学研究计划(973)首席科学家, 国家杰出青年科学基金获得者, 中科院青年促进会会员,上海市领军人才和优秀学术带头人,上海市科技启明星等。

 

 

基于纳米技术的药物靶向输送;核酸药物非病毒载体及其导入系统;药物新剂型与新制剂的研究开发。

 

 

 

在抗癌药物靶向输送系统的应用基础研究方面取得了一系列重要进展,设计、构建了多种用于抗肿瘤转移或降低肿瘤耐药性,提高化疗药物疗效或降低其毒副作用的新型纳米输送系统,以及提高核酸药物转染效率的新型非病毒载体,并对其特性和作用机制进行了深入系统研究;采用制剂技术提高了一批难溶性药物和侯选药物的溶解度与口服吸收等; 迄今在Nat Med, Adv Mater, ACS Nano, Adv Drug Deliv Rev, Adv Funct Mater, Nanotoxicology,Small, Biomaterials, Nanomedicine NBM, J Control Release, Mol Pharmaceut, Biomacromolecule等国际重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文100余篇; 在新药研究方面, 已获得新药证书9 项,临床批件5项(创新药物临床批件4项), 已报 SFDA 的新药3 项;申请专利50余项(授权20项);3名博士生获中国科学院优秀博士论文(2012,2011,2010),1名博士生获全国百篇优博论文提名(2011).
