研究员1人,高级实验师1人,助理研究员3人,实验师1人,硕、博士研究生5人。

 

主要从事阿片类成瘾神经生物学机制研究和低成瘾性阿片类镇痛药和戒毒药发现。目前涉及的研究领域包括:1)阿片类物质对皮质-中脑边缘系统神经元结构可塑性的作用及其与成瘾记忆获得和消退的关系; 2)阿片类物质对依赖产生相关脑区蛋白质表达变化作用的蛋白质组学研究;3) κ-阿片受体和强啡肽在阿片类物质戒断引起的忧郁症发生中的作用及其机制; 3)不同的阿片受体配体对阿片受体信号转导和受体内吞和循环(trafficking)的影响;4)低成瘾性阿片类镇痛药和戒毒药研究。

 

 

 

近五年来课题组在J Neurosci, J Cell Sci, Mol. Pharmacol, Biochem J, J Neurochem, J Pharmacol Exp Ther 和Cell Research等国际杂志上发表SCI论文20多篇。研究成果并被Nature系列杂志Nature China选为研究亮点加以报道。已获得国家国际发明专利1项和国家发明专利2项。申请国家发明专利3项。
